A native of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Stephanie Flamini has won over 350 career games while winning 3 Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championships and 4 NCAA Tournament Bids. She as been named ODAC Coach of The Year twice and NCAA Regional Coach of the Year. She was a finalist for NCAA National Coach of the Year. In her first year at Bridgewater, she guided the team to its first 20-win season and regional ranking since 2010-2011.
As a 27-year head coaching veteran, Flamini has guided 16 student-athletes to a combined 21 All-ODAC Awards, including Freshman of the Year and Player of the Year. She has coached 3 DIII Hoops Honorable Mention All-Americans and 4 players to the DIII Hoops All-Region Team.
